The flat is situated in one of the most vibrant and key areas in Plovdiv. It lies in a quiet street, right behind Business Hotel Maritza - Plovdiv, and opposite the International Fair Plovdiv (you just need to cross the boulevard). Grand Hotel Plovdiv is 3 minutes walking distance, and the famous Covered Pedestrian Bridge is only 5 minutes walking distance. Once you cross the bridge, you are in the very heart of Plovdiv and at the beginning of the longest central pedestrian street in Europe.

Getting around
Lux 1 apartment is located in one of the most vibrant and key areas in Plovdiv, within walking distance from major amenities and the city center.

International Fair Plovdiv is just accross the boulevard. Maritza Hotel is just behind Lux 1 apartment. Grand hotel plovdiv is less than 3 minutes walk.

The Covered pedestrian bridge is less than 5 minutes walk from Lux 1 apartment. The famous bridge hosts a number of coffee shops, souvenir shops, and clothes stores.

Happy Bar & Grill is right next to the pedestrian bridge and again less than 5 minutes walk from Lux 1 apartment. It is an iconic spot for meetings where you can have a good time with friends and guests of Plovdiv while enjoying a delicious meal.

Once you cross the Covered bridge, you are at the beginning of the city centrе and the longest pedestrian street in Europe. It is the local's favourite place for walking around, shopping, eating, drinking and sightseeing.

This is also where Bulgaria’s first dedicated creative district - Kapana is located. It is a charming arts and cultural destination where cobblestone streets give way to restored buildings with art galleries, specialty shops, cafeterias, and bars.

Don't forget to visit The Stadium of Philippopolis which was the ancient Roman stadium of Philippopolis, built in the 2nd century AD, during the Roman imperial period. It is right in the city center next to Kapana district. Make sure to climb at least one or two of the seven hills in Plovdiv too. The views from the top are breath-taking.
