All 7 bedrooms are outfitted with luxury linens and pillows. All bathrooms include toiletries and high-quality towels.

Notes about Pickleball:
Regulation pickleball courts are 44’ long. Due to spacing with the yard and safety fence, our court has been sized to 42’ long to allow for easier service and space behind the service line.
The estate is located in the Hills above Old Town Temecula. The estate is a short 5 minute drive from Old Town, but feels completely private, as it is located in a high-end neighborhood, called De Luz.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire Estate, at all times. All guests in your traveling party have access to our hosts, available 24/7. One utility closet is locked for cleaning personnel use. Pool controls are off limits.
Other things to note
FOR INTIMATE GATHERINGS OR EVENTS:
We do allow small intimate gatherings and events up to 125 people. Security/valet and event coordinator may be required on the day of the event. Separate pricing applies for events.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
A Refundable Hold may be required for large groups.
The hot tub is available for use, but we do have a $150/night hot tub fee for the nights used.
The pool can be heated for an additional fee.
Please note, there is an active orchard. Maintenance, and/or harvesting may occur during your stay. This is off the main area of property and will not be a disturbance to guests.
Please note, the lawn and pool services may occur during your stay. We will do our best to inform you before they arrive.
We do our best to maintain the propane tanks. However, we cannot guarantee propane tanks will be filled upon arrival. If ever any propane tank is empty, we will gladly reimburse you for any propane swap!
