You have a VIEWS of the beach from INSIDE THE ENTIRE LIVING ROOM and KITCHEN! Watch the sunrise over the beach. And at night, watch the orange sky as the sun sets over Sunset Lake. This unit has six sliding glass doors that lead to the deck, which spans the entire unit. An upscale kitchen, including a double-door refrigerator, two dishwashers, and an ice maker. This Unit is on the TOP FLOOR, which means no one above you to make any noise, and 1 of 3 units on that floor, which means very little foot traffic on our floor. This Unit is over 2,600 sq/ft. Not only are the common living areas spacious but all bedrooms are too and far away from each other that noise is not an issue. Private storage unit, two car-covered parking + one permit to park at a metered spot, outside shower, 2 large grills with picnic area, 10 beach chairs, games, a pack-in-play, queen-sized air mattress, etc. (You will need to bring an umbrella or rent one from the beach vendor). Bring your bikes and lock them to the private bike rack just outside of the building. Or rent them from the vendor 1 block away. So close to the beach, you won't even need to pack your lunch if you don't want to. Just head back to the unit, eat and you'll be back on the beach in no time. Walking into this unit is walking into instant paradise and relaxation. The children's room can sleep 4 comfortably but add in an air mattress and/or pack-in-play and your kids will have the sleepover of their dreams. A playground, start of the bike path, breakfast place (Admiral’s Table), and park (with a recently installed water feature) is right around the corner from this unit and are constantly filled with kids.

Please note that there is ONE elevator, which can make Saturday check-ins a little chaotic.
The pool is open until October 1, unless there is a change in state restrictions due to COVID.
**If anyone in your party has physical impairments, this unit is very accommodating, with an elevator, no steps, wide hallways and doorways, and two walk-in showers that make it very easy to get in and out of.
***BATH towels are provided! You will need to bring your own LINENS and BEACH towels.
***We DO NOT rent to under 25 or for Proms or Spring Breaks. This is a FAMILY FRIENDLY unit and building. This will be verified during check-in.
We offer bath towels, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry, and dishwashing detergent, etc. As well as extra staples in case you forget any of yours. We have a pack-n-play and a double air mattress, just in case you need some extra sleeping space for an unexpected family friend. All of this because we know it can be a pain to lug everything from home to the Shore.
