BEDROOMS
Each of our four bedrooms has a smart tv, super comfortable beds, luxurious bedding, and plenty of room to unpack.Three rooms have king beds, Tempurpedic brand mattresses, four pillows, multi device chargers, clothing steamers, and individual bedside lighting.
- The “Magical Primary Suite” is located on the first floor and has vaulted ceilings, a spa-like ensuite, electric fireplace that can be used for heat or ambiance, custom walk-in closet, blackout drapery, a hotel safe, and dimmable bedside chandeliers.
- The “Cowboy Room” on the second floor, has a modern western vibe and is situated with a leather California king bed, there are drawers in the closet, and a cowhide chair.
- The “Winter Room” on the second floor, is light and bright and filled with images of the cabin and area in the winter months. Dimmable crystal and chain chandeliers flanking the sleigh bed make this room elegant and dreamy.
- The “Bunk Room” on the second floor, is always a favorite with both kids and adults, it has a full living room set up with a large leather sectional, 75” smart tv, fully loaded x-box, wet-bar, bev-fridge, popcorn machine, and is stocked with books and games. It has 6 comfortable, adult approved, memory foam twin beds. Each bed is equipped with its own reading light and usb port, xl drawers under the beds for storage, and blackout drapery to enclose the beds for privacy.
BATHROOMS
Our full bathrooms are fully stocked with all the amenities you would expect at a five-star hotel. Each bathroom has double vanities, a soaking tub, rain shower, and a handheld shower wand.
The primary ensuite features a separate soaking tub with a floor mounted faucet and handheld wand as well as a spacious walk-in shower.
Outside of the full bathroom upstairs is a glam station for two people to comfortable get ready while others are showering or using the restroom. This space is equipped with multi-light make-up mirrors, comfortable seating, oversized vanity mirrors, and outlets/usb ports for each station.
The moody half bath is conveniently located downstairs between the living room and kitchen.
KITCHEN & DINING
Our stunning chefs’ kitchen and dining space is located on the first floor and opens to the backyard and grill area. The dining table seats 8 and the counter seats 4. There is an additional dining table for 10 under the pavilion in the back yard, as well as a bistro table for 2.
This fully stocked and organized space is not your typical vacation rental kitchen, we provide everything you may need to prepare a gourmet meal and set a fabulous picture-perfect table. The cabinets and drawers are labeled and organized, making preparation in a new space easy and seamless.
Twin Pines is dinner party ready providing full service for 12 with plating and drink ware options for both inside and outside. GE Café appliances, double oven, and everything you didn't know you needed will leave you shocked that you are in a vacation rental.
OUTDOOR SPACE:
We have beautiful spaces to gather and enjoy the fresh mountain air in both the front and the back of our cabin.
The front deck features two seating areas where you can relax and enjoy the beauty of the massive pine trees that inspired our cabin name.
Our fully fenced backyard is an outdoor oasis designed with entertaining and outdoor living in mind. The back deck is located directly off the dining room and kitchen. The deck has a lounge area, a gas grill with a side burner, and a small dining area. A few steps down from the deck and you are in the large pavered pavilion area fully lit with bistro lights above a massive dining table for 10 people. This space is completely covered and can be used rain or shine. Just past the pavilion you will find a custom-built, easy to use, gas fireplace and adirondack chairs as well as a hot tub ready for you to soak away your stresses.
LOCATION
Munds Park is a residential mountain town with a Mayberry kind of vibe. It is located between Sedona and Flagstaff and is the perfect home base when exploring northern Arizona. We love it because it is away from the traffic and hustle bustle of Flagstaff and surrounded by national forest and trails. It is remote without being secluded.
We have 3 restaurants, a coffee shop, 2 gas stations (one with a small convenience store for the basics), off road rentals, a private country club, and a church.
Flagstaff – 15-20 min
Sedona – 20 min to the exit, 45 minutes town center
Grand Canyon Village – 1 hr 45 min
Page Springs (wineries) – 45 min
Lake Odell – 5 min

GROCERIES
Instacart now delivers to Munds Park if you would like to have your groceries delivered. We are located about 20 minutes from the closest grocery store in Flagstaff so you will want to plan accordingly. The gas station south of the freeway has a convenience store with market items and necessities.
WINTER ACCESS
If you will be arriving in winter months, please check the weather, if we have had a large storm or will have a storm during your stay an AWD/4WD/4X4 vehicle is recommended and at times, required.
The roads are plowed regularly during the winter season, and we have our driveways and walkways/decks privately plowed and shoveled. Please note that we cannot plow our driveways for access in/out until after the street has been plowed by the county. Patience may need to be exercised for trips taken to enjoy the winter wonderland.
