The main floor contains a 30 foot fireplace and large living room and a sitting area. You will also find a large gourmet kitchen with gas fireplace. It is fully stocked with every item you need to prepare a meal from home. The large dining area is a perfect place for the family or group gathering as there is enough seating for 12. The master bedroom is also located on the main floor and has a private bathroom suite. Access to the outdoor wrap around deck and garage are located off of the main floor.
Upstairs you will find 3 more bedrooms and another large family room with extra TV and entertainment. It includes a wet bar and an additional mini fridge. A great place to enjoy a quick game of cards at the game table or enjoy a quick yoga session in the open space provided.
There are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy. The home sits just to the side of the Truckee River, in the summer bring your rafts and enjoy a lazy float down the river. Other activities include a bocce ball court, horseshoes, hot tub, hiking right out of the back door, or take a short 10 minute walk to Tahoe City.

With a location next to Truckee River and close to Downtown Tahoe City, you will find an abundance of great restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, etc. Take a stroll down the river path (bike and stroller friendly) with miles of comfortable walking or biking alongside the Truckee River, and past Lake Tahoe. Downtown Tahoe City has a large playground great for kids, grassy lawn, and beach area for relaxing and taking in the sights of the lake and surrounding mountains. Miles of easily accessible paved bike/hiking trails minutes from your front door. Up for some adventure, try the river rafting down the Truckee River. In the Winter months, the closest ski resorts include Granlibakken Resort, Homewood Mountain, Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, and Northstar. *Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
