The wildlife diversity is incredible with blackbuck antelope, axis deer, whitetail deer, wild turkey and you may even see some ducks on the waterfront. Sit down by the creek and watch the fireflies come out at night. There are many species of birds that visit the feeders (kept full year-round) at Stepladder.
*The nightly rate is based on 4 people. Each additional guest is $30 per night.
The house sleeps a max of 12 people.
$500 refundable deposit is due at check in.

You must notify us that you will be bringing pets BEFORE your arrival at the property. Dog and crate inspection upon arrival. Pets must be kept in a crate when left indoors unattended and are not allowed on furniture and bedding. Pets must be kept on a leash while outdoors. Owners must pick up animal waste from the grounds. Take along a baggie with you to pick up waste and then dispose of it properly in your outdoor trash can. Dogs cannot be left unattended on a leash outside. If you do not abide by our pet policy you will be asked to leave, and a refund of your rental fee and the pet deposit will not be issued.
Pets are NEVER allowed to chase wildlife.
