This beautiful Luxury Waterfront 6 Bedroom 4 Bath home is located on a pristine lagoon at Dutchman’s Point in desirable Mantoloking. The property sleeps 16 people w 6 bedrooms and 4 baths. The house is roomy yet cozy at the same time. The house comes w a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a large living and dining area, laundry room and attached outside shower. We have new smart tv’s throughout the house. The first floor has 3 bedrooms w no steps to climb. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and a balcony to enjoy drinks at sunset w wonderful water views. The outside of the house features a large heated pool w outside shower and shaded areas, all new outdoor furniture, teak lounge chairs poolside and a large teak table w seating for 8 and a all new outdoor kitchen/bar w built in grill and undercounter fridge. Perfect for outside living. Our 2 level 150 ft of dock provides easy access to bring your boat or other watercraft. We are just a short walk or drive to the beach.
