You'll have your own 2000sq foot waterfront cottage on 2 floors, including 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms & a private boat launch.This outstanding rental will afford you all the comforts of home, with a million dollar view & incredible sunsets. The space was recently updated with tasteful décor. You'll be 20 mins away from Oka park where you can enjoy a 7km long sandy beach in the summer or snowshoeing in the winter. Hiking is possible year-round. There are also local wineries & sugar shacks nearby.
The cottage is suitable for a maximum of 8 people. There are 3 closed bedrooms ( bed 1: 1 king, bed 2: 1 queen, bed 3: 1 single & bunk beds, double on bottom, single on top). Large patio with dining table and BBQ available during the summer. Big cozy living room with flat screen TV. Full size kitchen and large dining room table. Amenities include kitchen necessities, a dishwasher and bathtub. Bed linens and bath towels provided. Perfect for relaxing while enjoying the views. Please note that the boat launch on site is not suitable for use, you can use the municipal launch 5 minutes away. There is a 2 person canoe available on site for use as well as life jackets.
We have 2 parking spots available, if you plan to come with more than 2 vehicles please let us know in advance so we can find a solution.
