Located in the heart of Wellington, walking distance to the beach (5 min walk) along with the stores, shops and restaurants of downtown Wellington (10 min walk). You’re a 10-minute drive to 15 wineries, a 10 min drive to Bloomfield, and a 15 min drive to Sandbanks (we provide you with 2 free passes!). There isn’t a better spot from which to experience the County.
The Pool is open from May long weekend through Sept 30th. Sauna is open Sept 1st to May 15th.

We have a strict no party rule. We want you to have a great time but any noise complaints/violations may result in the loss of your security deposit and possible early termination of your stay.
We have outdoor perimeter security cameras, a ring doorbell, and a NoiseAware monitoring system that notifies us of excessive noise.

Pets
We welcome your pet family members providing they are well behaved. You are responsible for picking up after your pets and for any damage cause by your pets.
Guest Access:
You have exclusive access to the entire property. There are keyless locks on the main house and key sets left for your use.
The Neighborhood:
Prince Edward County is a very special place. You may find yourself here one weekend, falling in love and moving permanently, a large number of people have. Affectionately known as "The County" the area is comprised of small villages and hamlets scattered amongst farm fields and quaint shops. Located in Lake Ontario you will fall in love with the people, the food, nature, and art. The area hosts 3 provincial parks and over 800km of shoreline.
Getting Around:
A car is required to explore Prince Edward County. While taxis are available, there are long waits, and should be booked in advance.
