Positive: Expensive. We didnt eat there

Negative: We paid for this room through booking.com. When I checked in I was told that I would have to pay for parking. I presented my debit card to pay for parking and found out later that I was not only charge for parking but also for the room itself again which I’ve already paid for. So we need to get this resolved ASAP
