This is Room 3 on the 2nd floor of a 2 story home with 4 bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom. It has a bathroom with a single sink, a shower, and toilet. There is a closet, Queen foam bed, desk, chair, dresser, and Smart TV with 1 GB WiFi.
There is extra parking behind the garage as well as picnic pads.
When you walk in the main room, you will see a 65" Smart TV with comfortable furnishings. The open floor plan allows you to use the kitchen and visit at the same time. There is a large island with 4 benches and all the appliances and kitchenware needed. A Keurig coffee maker is also provided. There is a half bathroom next to the kitchen for your guests.
The 2nd floor covered deck is a great place to hang out.
The laundry room has a utility sink and is upstairs near the back deck.
Each of the 4 Master bedrooms feature a Queen cool gel foam bed, Smart TV, dresser, closet, desk, & office chair.
Bedroom 3 is upstairs in the middle of the hallway. The attached private bathroom has 1 sink and a shower.
1 GB internet service is provided. The houses have high end flooring, appliances, & granite countertops.
Guests have access to the shared space throughout the house and the shared parking and green space behind the houses.
They will use a 4 digit code (the last 4 of their cell phone) to enter the house.
They will use a 4 digit code and/or their fingerprint to enter the bedroom.

When you arrive, we will meet in order to program your room for your fingerprint if you intend to stay at least a month.
This is the 1st house in the Wrights Point Subdivision. It is the first on the left in the group of 11 houses. It is a safe neighborhood across the street from the medical and dental school. There is a fence and gate surrounding each side of the subdivision.
There are 11 houses in this subdivision which has 2 sides. This house is the 1st one on the left side.
To get to 1475, turn into the driveway to the left of 1475, then turn right into the parking area. This is the 1st house on the right. Enter in from the back door to the left of the 2 car garage.
There is additional parking behind the garage (2 per house) along with greenspace and 2 picnic pads with a table and charcoal grill.
