Laundry room comes with Samsung washer and dryer! Relax on the deck or let your pets play in the fenced backyard. Newly expanded driveway provides plenty of parking for up to 4 cars. 2 more cars can be parked on the street which is also free. Should you need anything else, there is plenty of shopping/dining just minutes away.
Please note this place is for your rest and relaxation, not for events and parties as this is a quiet residential neighborhood. We ask all guests to observe quiet hours between 10pm-8am and avoid loitering or making noises outside of the house during quiet hours.
Occasionally, I (the host) or a visitor may access a separate lower level space through its own separate entrance from the backyard to retrieve storage items. The connecting door is locked and can also be locked via a latch from upstairs as well. I'll be completely out of your way aside from my car in the driveway.
