Summary: Beautiful, well-kept, modern, spacious, with amazing views. A lot of thought was put into the design of the home and to make it vacation friendly. Three large rooms with en suite bathroom and a view of the bay. A fourth room, designed as an office, can also double as a room for one with a full bath as well. And if four weren't enough, there is a half bath on the main area. Two great sitting areas each with a large TV for family time and a great view as well. Personally, not a fan of galley kitchens in general, but this worked well. Incredibly well stocked AND labeled. So no need to open every drawer trying to find the spoons. So many nice touches like interior screens on the door, so you can open the door for a nice breeze but no bugs! And ceiling fans in every space. So on a nice day, you can get the bay breeze throughout the house.A personalized welcome card and snacks were a great touch. It included the sunrise time which we woke up for. So worth it. And friendly neighbors too. A couple crab traps on the pier which was well maintained. I felt like a friend being invited to stay at their house. It was that kind of experience. Great communication throughout the visit. We look forward to being back there again soon.
