Summary: Great property! Clean with all the small amenities of home. Lots of kitchenware- should you want to cook. Had all the Day 1 needs in the closet like beach towels, bug spray, sunscreen, toilet paper, paper towels, a few cooking spices/oil, sunscreen. Don't be fooled by the grey concrete outside, this unit is bright and cheery! Short walk to Smather's Beach. The access to ocean at the unit was in a alcove of sorts and filled with seaweed and debris- so not swimmable. (Side note: If you are athletic, don't count on using the gym here. It's outdated and well worn, but there are plenty of outdoor activities to get your heart rate up. Two nice bedrooms and baths. Comfortable living room with dining area and a lengthy back porch with nice furniture to take in the outdoor garden oasis.
