The 18th-floor location on a mostly low-rise residential beach allows for panoramic views for miles in all directions. Enjoy watching dolphins play in the Gulf while sipping coffee on the beachside balcony or watch the fishing boats in Little Lagoon from the north side balcony.
Mustique offers unequaled privacy and serenity in a luxury setting. The elevator opens to your own private breezeway with a balcony that faces Little Lagoon. The private beach boardwalk opens to the white sand beaches away from the crowds and noise. Other amenities include a sparkling outdoor zero-entry pool and hot tub, an indoor pool, sauna, steam room, fitness center, and a private pier with a covered pavilion on the lagoon side that’s perfect for sunsets.
Inside, you will find a beautifully newly redecorated, spacious four-bedroom beach escape. This condo is unique because it has two primary suites, one with beachfront views and the other with lagoon views. Both suites feature a large jetted tub, walk-in shower, double vanity, and walk-in closet. They both have direct access to balconies with spectacular views, one facing the beach and the other facing the lagoon. The third bedroom opens to the lagoon balcony and features a private bath with a walk-in shower. The roomy fourth bedroom is playfully decorated with a fishing theme, attractive storage benches, and a private bath.
The spacious living area and both balconies feature beautiful new furnishings. The main living area has travertine flooring, and the bedrooms have wood flooring. There is a separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The large, open gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and includes upgraded stainless-steel appliances, an under-counter ice machine, a wet bar with a wine fridge, and tons of counter space.
Even though this part of the beach is so quiet, it’s still very convenient. The center of Gulf Shores is only minutes away, with restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment all close by.
