The completely renovated modern farmhouse and guest house situated in the middle of a Cabernet vineyard has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main house and a separate guest house, kitchenette and bathroom. The main house great room has 2 story vaulted ceilings, a fireplace and French doors that lead out to the outdoor living room with fountain and outdoor dining room. Enjoy a glass of wine at sunset overlooking the vineyard in the wine barrel custom hot tub. The kitchen has vaulted ceilings, views of the vineyard, electric solar shades for privacy, high end stainless applications including a Wolf stove and a professional model double oven. A full laundry room with washer and dryer and walk in pantry are off the kitchen. The primary wing has a bright and airy bedroom with King size bed, walk in closet with built in’s, frameless glass shower and stand alone pedestal tub with picture window overlooking the vineyard. The office/guest room can sleep 2 people with the daybed/trundle bed or work from the office with views overlooking the vineyard. The dining room sits 6-8 people and also provides views of the vineyard. The guest wing has 2 large guest bedrooms and share a bathroom with a large frameless shower and double sinks.
