This cottage is only a 100 feet from a stunning private beach that has no public access. There are acres of sand and very few people in the area.
The Space:
Our property is surrounded by 24 acres of beautiful lawn that is right on the ocean. Your front door is less then one minutes walk to the beach.
We provide extra bath towels, extra linens for a mid-week change (if requested). Lawn chairs to take to the beach, as well as large beach towels.
We provide coffee, tea and condiments. We have a full kitchen including all the dishes, pots and silverware. Kayaks are available (at your own risk) and there are large closets in each bedroom with hangers.
Guest Access:
You have access to the entire cottage, deck and grounds.
Other Things To Note:
Guests are welcome to invite friends (max of 4 at a time), however due to our use of a well we cannot accommodate more then six people staying or using the facilities. High chair for small child is available upon request.
