Up on Guardian Ridge you will feel miles away but you are only 2.7 miles off I-17. You will be at one of the highest points in the Middle Verde Valley with Spectacular Views all around. Leave the asphalt world behind and enjoy the peace and quiet of the Ridge Top. As you wind along this old, dirt, ranch road you follow the path of the Sinagua whose cliff dwellings line the walls along Beaver Creek. Montezuma Castle National Monument is right around the bend. It has the most gorgeous of riparian area's filled with ancient Sycamores and Cottonwoods. Brocket Ranch Rd is graded most of the way until you hit forest service land (Cross 2 Bar on GPS) for the last 1/2 mile the road gets bumpy. High clearance SUV's ( Honda Pilot, Ford Escape) are recommended, just drive slowly. Follow the pink Flamingo's and GPS Brocket Ranch Rd to 3850 N Running Deer Dr. We do get deliveries up here so it's worth it to us for the Peace and Quiet.
