Chic 4BR/2BA main house boasts an open floor concept, fireplace, gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, over-sized refrigerator, beautiful counter-tops and cabinetry, eat in kitchen, and central AC. Enjoy ocean views from the front porch, essential outdoor shower, and luxurious soaks in the custom bathtub under a skylight after a long summer day.
2 bedrooms (bedroom 1: 1 twin-over-twin bunk bed and bedroom 2: 1 queen) and a full bathroom with walk-in shower is conveniently located on the first floor; 2 bedrooms (bedroom 3: 2 twins and bedroom 4: 1 queen) and a full bathroom with a custom walk-in shower and bathtub are located on the second floor.
Shared laundry located in the basement; 1 set dedicated to the main house & 1 set dedicated to the carriage house. 20x25 shared back patio is equipped with a brand new grill and ample space for lounging, entertaining, and outdoor dining.

Summary: We stayed at this lovely home for a week with the whole family. There was plenty of room for everyone! The house is in an amazing location and that allowed the teens and kids to walk out to the boardwalk by themselves. It took the pressure off always having to have an adult present, which made the vacation actually relaxing. Bathrooms are brand new and clean. There’s also an outdoor shower if you have friends come visit for the day. Makes it easy to rinse off. House is close to everything either walking or a bike ride. Hosts was great!
