The Choctaw House offers a very large, multi- level backyard with sparkling (heated) saltwater pool and spa - Baha shelf and plenty of seating, a built-in BBQ area, plus two shaded cabanas and a fire table. This backyard is a private paradise! There is no doubt that you will enjoy swimming, BBQing with family and friends, playing cornhole, or just relaxing and watching the sunset over the lake while staying here.
The Choctaw House is a beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath home with an open floor plan that has plenty of space for large groups.
Headed inside you are greeted with stunning wood beams and a great room with an open floor plan. The dining table seats 10-12 and is perfect for holiday dinners and game nights. The living room has a large sectional with a 75” 4K smart TV and Sonos sound throughout the house. The open floor plan also features seating at the kitchen breakfast bar. The newly remodeled kitchen has brand new LG appliances and everything you will need to cook a holiday meal for the entire family. The new LG smart oven even has a built-in air fryer!
Through the kitchen you will find the laundry room with an extra- large sink as well the extra-large capacity Samsung washer and dryer.
The master bedroom has a king memory foam bed, 55” 4K smart TV, Sonos sound, an en-suite full bathroom and walk in closet. From the master bedroom you can also access the patio.
Guest room 1 has a king memory foam bed, 55” 4K smart TV and large closet. Guest room 2 has two queen memory foam beds, 55” 4K smart TV and ample closet space. There is also a queen air mattress for extra sleeping arrangements.
Just down the hall is the main guest bathroom. Fully remodeled, you will find a double sink vanity, and a bathtub/shower combo.
The extra-large driveway has ample space for boat/RV parking. The Choctaw house is just a few minutes away from the new Riviera Launch ramp and off-roading access. London Bridge, dining and nightlife is also less than 5 miles from the house.
The Choctaw House is not only a rental but also a vacation home for our family. We ask you leave it as you found it; Relax and enjoy your time while being mindful and respectful of the property, as well as the neighboring properties.
