Recently renovated 2B/2B condo located on the famous Guadalupe River! Our riverfront condo is located just steps from the Guadalupe River and short distance to Schlitterbahn and Comal River. Your family and friends can enjoy TWO heated pools and FOUR hot tubs, picnic tables, and BBQ grills located onsite. Our clean 3rd floor condo (with elevator) overlooks the park-like setting, pool and the Guadalupe River.
This clean and cozy condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen to meet your cooking needs. There are several charcoal bbq pits and picnic tables located in the courtyard if you’re looking to grill out with the family. A comfy king-sized bed awaits you in the primary bedroom so you can rest up after a long day on the river or hanging out at the pools. The secondary bedroom is equipped with two surprisingly comfortable twin bunk beds. Each room has a flat screen TV and Roku so you can stream your favorite shows and movies. A full sized washer and dryer is located inside the unit and available for use.
Rockin' R River Rides is only .7 miles away. This condo provides 2 parking spaces. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. No smoking. You will receive 2 parking passes and 6 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.

The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are really there to ensure that you have a fabulous time!
