Positive: Great price point to be near East Nashville, nice kitchen, bathroom and (1) comfortable King size bed.

Negative: When we first arrived it was difficult to find the room. We didn't know it was on the first floor facing 4 lanes of traffic [and train tracks behind the complex with running trains]. The glass door didn't seem very secure and I would never have felt safe except for my husband and adult son being with me. I thought there would be 2 King size beds in 2 separate bedrooms; however, there was only (1) bedroom and (1) King-size pullout sofa bed. There was no place to hang our coats except for the bedroom closet. The place was well appointed and attractive but I'd probably consider other options if I were a single female staying here.
