PARKING: 4 vehicles max allowed

SECURITY: We have exterior cameras pointing at all entry points for guest and host security. There are also noise monitors that measure dB levels inside & outside to comply with city regulations.

POOL: Pool can be heated for an additional fee. No pool fence, practice caution with children.

RULES & FAQs...

GUEST COUNT
- If you have additional unapproved guests, your reservation will be canceled with no refund. The amount of guests you book for is the amount allowed at the property, no exceptions.

MUSIC & SPEAKERS
- We provide a small bluetooth speaker for guests to use. NO ADDITIONAL SPEAKERS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. The music level outside should never be loud enough to carry over the perimeter walls.

OUTSIDE VENDORS
- Outside vendors must be approved by hosts to not violate the additional guests rule. APPROVED Vendors: decorating services, private chefs, yoga instructors and photographers. UNAPPROVED Vendors: DJ’s, Cabana/Pool Boys, strippers and bounce houses.

PARKING
- No more than 4 cars allowed per booking. 2 can park in the driveway and 2 in front of the home. NO PARKING IN FRONT OF NEIGHBORING HOMES.

QUIET HOURS
- Outside quiet hours from 10PM - 8AM per city noise ordinance. If the police are called, guests are responsible for the up to $2,400 fine.

EARLY CHECK IN?
- We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the time between guests to clean & prepare the home, as well as to perform any maintenance tasks so it will be perfect for you! Assume check-in will be at 3pm. You can message us on the day of your arrival and we can let you know when the home is ready for you. If your flight arrives very early in the day, please consider booking the night before so you can check-in as soon as you are ready.

LATE CHECK OUT?
- No. Our home is in high demand! Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, please consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure.

LUGGAGE DROP-OFF FOR AN EARLY ARRIVAL?
- No, we are unable to offer early luggage drop-off as our cleaning crew needs the time to prepare the home uninterrupted. Ask us about companies that do provide this service.

IS THE POOL HEATED?
- YES. This is available for an added fee and needs to be communicated at least 2 days prior to desired use, inquire with the host. Pool is heated via electric heat pump to 85°; heat pumps function using ambient air temperature so when the outside temp drops below 40° it will not likely heat to the full 85°.

DO YOU PROVIDE TOWELS?
- YES, we provide bath & pool towels; no need to bring your own!

POOL FLOATS?
- YES we have a selection of pool floats and an air pump to inflate your own if you have special floats you wish to bring with you.

CAN I BOOK FOR 1-2 NIGHTS?
- No. We have a strict 3-night minimum.

DISCOUNTS?
- No. We do not offer any discounts.

CONTENT TRADE?
- No. We do not offer stays in exchange for content creation.

NO CONFETTI or GLITTER!
- No confetti or glitter allowed on the property. No confetti decor, no confetti balloons. For the love of god, please no confetti or glitter of any type. If used, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

DECOR
Free-standing decor is preferred. Wall-safe tape is provided if you elect to tape any items to the walls/ceilings. ONLY this tape can be used as other tapes will damage the walls and remove paint. There are a number of pink cowgirl hats and other bachelorette items in the home which you are welcome to use!

PETS?
- No pets are allowed

THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY
- Absolutely NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND is permitted inside or outside the home. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, cigars, hookahs and all other smoking.

WATCH OUT FOR WILDLIFE
- You are in the desert and while the home is regularly treated preventatively for pests, you *MAY* see crickets, scorpions, snakes, quail, rabbits, coyotes, etc.

POOL AND LANDSCAPING CARE
- The pool is serviced weekly on Tuesdays & Fridays, and landscaping cleaned up one day a week. Resources will access via the gate on the east side of the home.

Any violation of the house rules can result in immediate cancelation of your trip without a refund.
