Bowcock is a very quiet neighborhood so after 10:00 pm no loud music and noise allowed please!
If you want to have a party here there is a extra charge $50/per person and additions $2000 damage deposit (pay cash) if there's anything illegal activities or Police officers involved with the house then you will be taking all responsible!and damage deposit is no refund
No crazy party illegal activities or under age drink allow in this house if there is anything happens Tenant should bear all responsibilities and obligations
you need to clean up the house before you check out and take care of the garbage and recycling please,if you don't take care that you will be charged extra cleaning fee $100 cleaning fee for that ^^~
If you inquire for heating up the Swimming there's a extra charge for $100/per day for the Gas and the electricity and it's take 48 hours to heated up the poor
