Annie was a local school teacher who lived in the house for many years .The house is a quaint and cozy 900 sq. ft. south west facing, light infused space. There always seem to be a beautiful breeze coming off the water and wafting through the windows. Enter into a foyer where you have a place to drop your luggage and hang your coat. The living/ dining room is an intimate space with comfortable furniture and a large T.V. Kitchen is well equipped with everything to make a gourmet meal. A two piece bathroom is located off the kitchen. It also contains a washer and dryer. The bedroom is on the upper level with a comfortable queen mattress and south facing windows. A full bathroom is also on the upper level. Outside the downstairs, is a sunny west facing deck with comfortable new cedar furniture. There’s a Weber charcoal barbeque on site. Enjoy watching and listening to the hummingbirds and a variety of other birds at the feeders. Surrounding the deck is a cedar hedge on the street side, which provides privacy when outside.
Walk out the door and the famous beach is three blocks away. There are two fold up chairs and beach towels to take with you. There’s an interpretive centre and ice cream shop on the beach. New this year is a Kayak and Stand Up Paddle board rentals on the beach. Providence Bay is an easy walkable village. From the beach boardwalk, to the marina, to the local Mutchmor Gallery and Cafe, there is always something to see and do.
Owners live on the lot next door for the summer. We are available for any questions, or concerns through text/ phone call, but otherwise we respect your privacy and space.
