Spacious home is furnished to host two families. The two primary bedrooms have king beds and their own full baths. An oversized third bunkroom has two twin-over-full-over-trundle bunkbeds. The entry level bunkroom has its own couch, big screen smart TV, wet bar, mini-fridge, and full bath. Open concept kitchen, dining room, and family room with gas fireplace, comfy couches, and big screen smart TV is perfect for unwinding after adventures in the snow or sun. Two oversized decks with gas BBQ grill are accessible from kitchen and family room to enjoy the beauty of Tahoe. Centrally located home is perfect for walking to grocery, eateries, coffee shops, and outdoor walking and biking paths. With a two-car garage you won't be scraping ice off windshields in the winter! Two-person IR Sauna and ski / snowboard rack located in garage for your use. COVID Notice: The Incline Village beaches are presently closed to the general public. Sand Harbor (4.5 miles from house), Speedboat Beach (4.2 miles from house), Kings Beach (5.0 miles from house), and other State Parks have been open with COVID protocols in place. Activities, events, and venues may close without notice and whenever capacity limits are reached. We welcome your visit, but unfortunately we are unable to refund your stay if these closures occur during your stay.
