Tipsy River Cottage is an upscale professionally decorated 2 bedroom/2 bath river-front vacation home sitting directly on the Cullasaja River. This unique property is one of about a dozen homes that sit directly on the river above the Cullasaja River Gorge.
This adult-only vacation rental is ideal for one or two couples who want to be just outside of town in a unique and beautiful setting, but close enough to enjoy the great outdoors and everything Highlands has to offer.
Tipsy River Cottage is located in a lush and private setting with fantastic water views and easy access to the river. It is a one-level ranch home that has been completely renovated with a brand new kitchen, breakfast bar/island, a lovely dining area, laundry room, spacious living room, two separate private bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
The brand new master bedroom suite (king bed) sits overlooking the river and has a lovely en-suite bathroom with a walk-in tile shower (no bathtub) and a separate walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and plenty of closet space. The guest bath is accessible in the hallway and has a walk-in tile shower (no tub).
Our new open floor-plan living room/dining/kitchen has brand new appliances and furnishings. It has a large flat screen TV and plenty of seating with a wall of windows and views out to the deck/screened porch.
Tipsy River Cottage is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the lovely view and peaceful sounds of the river. Outdoor amenities include a large deck and screened porch overlooking the river, comfortable outdoor seating, a grilling area, a water-side “fishing” deck and a fire pit with seating for four.
