Summary: One of my worst experiences. Took my 88 year old mother to see her Grandson(my son) and great grand daughter(my grand daughter) Need a house with 4 bedrooms, allow a dog and pool for us to use. Upon arrival Terminex was leaving and said best to not let dog in for 1-2 hours. It was 100 degrees outside Dead bugs everywhere 3 large trash cans out front full from previous guests and stinking terribly. was there the whole time we were The yard was ridiculous. Have pictures of everything One outdoor piece of junk table with 4 chairs. Two with seats blown out No handrail on pool so Mother could not use the pool One walkin shower with broken tiles on floor, mold and mildew. Closet doors with no handles Not one dresser or coathanger in any room. Living out of suitcases Could go on & on. Have photos of everything CRIBs company promises a 5 Star experience Had to leave after 2 nights Was told there would be a refund.Still stalling Am so upset that I am filing a claim with the San Antonio small claims court and am willing to drive the 800 plus miles
