Beautiful and rare two-story ocean block condo in the middle of Ocean City! Enjoy the quieter side of North Ocean city with the convenience to travel easily to the inlet or Delaware beaches. The second-floor master suite is a large as many other OC condo's and an additional first floor master makes it perfect for large or two-family groups.
This condo has all of the modern convenience and amenities. It is located on the first and second floors of an elevated building with no neighbors on either side! There is an elevator and a pool shared by the 15-unit building.
The 4 bedrooms can easily sleep 10 and there is a sleep sofa in the large living room that can sleep two additional people. Each bedroom has its own dedicated bathroom or an entrance to a shared hall bathroom. Both of the master bedrooms have a large shower, and the 2nd floor master suite also has a large two-person jacuzzi soaking tub.
The ground level storage locker makes it a breeze to grab your supplied chairs and beach toys and take the very short walk down to the beach. Very easy to head back your unit for lunch or breaks or to just enjoy the ocean and bay views while relaxing on one of two balconies.
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counters and all of the needs to prepare that big family dinner or to relax and order in from any of the local restaurants. The dining room table will easily seat 8 and there are 4 stools at the elevated kitchen bar.
The living room and all bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The living room is equipped with a 60-inch TV, blue ray player, surround sound speakers, Netflix and Xbox to host your perfect family evening after a long day at the beach. Both master bedrooms also have blue ray/DVD players.
