The Isle of Palms Beach Chair Company will provide your family two classic wooden beach chairs and an umbrella when you stay seven nights (March– October). These are set up on the beach each morning for your family and removed each night by the crew at IOP Beach Chair Company.

The Wild Dunes Community has a strict no pet policy for non-residents. Pets are not allowed within the gates of the community.

Stairs to access
Wild Dunes has many beach access paths located throughout the community. Due to erosion from recent storms, some access paths are closed for repair. The access path located at the end of Seagrove Lane is currently closed. The next closest beach access path is located inside the Grand Pavilion neighborhood, which will lead you to a healthy beach in front of the Grand Pavilion. Once you cross Palmetto Drive, you will start walking down Seagrove Lane. You will see a white fence with an opening on the right side of the street. This path takes you to Seaside Cottage Lane. Please proceed down Seaside Cottage Lane and turn left on Grand Pavilion Drive. You will see the beginning of a beach access path in the circle on Grand Pavilion Drive. Take this path past Island Cottage Court and continue down to where the path ends on the beach. The walk from 11 Lagoon Villa to the sand will be approximately 10 minutes.
