"Seafield" is a gorgeous front beach property, located on the pristine shores of Folly Beach! This home is the perfect space for generations of family members to gather and spend quality time together this summer, while having ample space to spread out, inside and out!
The first floor of this home has an open living room, kitchen and dining area, overlooking the ocean and opening onto the screened porch. The dining room table comfortably seats 8 with additional bar-top seating for four. On the first level you will find one bedroom, furnished with a king bed and across the hall there is another bedroom with a queen. The first level also has a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. This bathroom is accessible from the hall and king bedroom. Upstairs on the second floor you will discover five additional bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and the full capacity washer & dryer.
There is a spacious screened porch on the oceanside of the home that is furnished with comfortable outdoor seating and a picnic table for dining or games. Just off the screened porch is a sundeck, furnished with 3 lounge chairs and additional seating. As you descend off the sundeck, you are greeted with a covered carport, again with 2 picnic tables, a gas grill and additional seating options. This home is FRONT BEACH with it’s own private access, which also has a lovely little seating area for gathering, or watching little ones as they play on the shore. Off street parking is a hot commodity on the island and this home has a long driveway and parking area that can accommodate multiple cars, Guests may need to rearrange cars as needed to get in and out.
