This family friendly property is a newly renovated studio condo which has sleeping arrangements for 4 people with 2 queen beds ( 1 NEW queen bed added, 1 NEW sleeper sofa), making it an ideal location for a small family or a couple. All guests must sign our rental agreement and provide their government issued ID through our booking platform within 24 hours of booking.
**Bed linens, blankets and towels are NOT provided. For the convenience of our guests we have partnered with a local linen company if you would like to rent linens for your stay**
