This is a reversible floor plan home to maximize the views from the main living area.
The first floor features a wood-floored media room with a flat panel TV which allows access to the first-floor porch leading to the ocean-side pool.
A guest bedroom with a Queen bed and TV has an ocean view and shares a full Jack & Jill bath with a King guest bedroom with TV. This bathroom features 2 separate marble-topped vanities and a walk-in shower. Another ocean-side bedroom has a Queen bed and TV. The 4th bedroom has two twins and TV. Both of these bedrooms share a hall bath with a marble top vanity and a tub/shower combo. The laundry room is conveniently located in the hallway with a full-sized washer and dryer.
The second floor boasts spectacular ocean views from the open main living area. The living room is outfitted with a sofa, loveseat, and 2 chairs, a TV, gas fireplace, access to the second-floor porch, wood floors, and commands the best view of the Atlantic from the double French doors and large picture window. The dining room seats 8 with amazing ocean views.
The kitchen has white cabinets, granite countertops, and an island that has 3 stools. Stainless appliances include a refrigerator, smooth top electric range, built-in microwave, and dishwasher. A white tile backsplash complements the clean, contemporary look.
The primary suite and primary bath are on this floor. This spectacular oceanfront bedroom features a King bed, TV, gas fireplace, walk-in closet, and access to the second-floor porch. The spacious primary bath boasts a fully tiled, walk-in shower with a bench seat and marble-topped vanity. There is a full hall bathroom on this floor too which is offered for third-floor use.
The third floor is a large bedroom with 2 Queen beds and 2 Twin beds; a picture window overlooking the ocean and a TV. It accesses the 2nd-floor full hall bath with a marble top vanity and walk-in shower with a bench seat.
The large, in-ground pool with a wrap-around deck offers an oasis for relaxing and sunbathing! The private boardwalk leads you to the award-winning, Isle of Palms sandy beach. The pool can be heated for $500 plus tax & fees per week. We heat our pools to 85 degrees. Pools will get 20-25 degrees warmer than the coldest temperature. Adding Pool Heat does not guarantee the pool will be warm enough to swim in during the colder seasons.

Pricing & Availability:

For part of April through part of October our homes only rent for 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday stays. During late fall, winter & early spring, you may rent this home for 3 or more nights, excluding Holidays.

When making an online reservation on VRBO, You will receive a confirmation and a contract from East Islands Rentals once you book this home. The contract must be returned within 24 hours to keep your reservation! Payments are not collected until the contract has been returned and reviewed by East Islands Rentals.
Damage Protection:
In lieu of a security deposit, a Damage Protection Policy is added to protect you up to $3,000.00 of damages during your stay.
Travel Insurance:
Management Company offers travel insurance to all its guests through Rental Guardian. Rental Guardian specialty is Vacation Rental Industry. Travel Insurance covers you in the occurrence of a possible natural disaster threat to our area, medical emergencies, loss of a family member, loss of job, etc. The cost is about 7% of your rental cost-plus taxes and fees. Please email for the exact cost. It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance through the Management Company. Once the reservation is made the Management Company can add the Rental Guardian policy to your reservation.
If Travel Insurance is purchased through VRBO/Homeaway (CSA-Homeaway policy) their policy does not cover any delays or interruption of a stay, especially if a natural disaster occurs, such as Hurricane. Management Company will not be able to refund any monies or move your reservation.
