WELCOME TO OUR VILLA: Comfortable 1218 square foot, all on one level (upper level) condo inside the Wild Dunes gates. Vaulted, beamed and planked ceilings, soft lighting, French doors, premium Pergo flooring and updated bathrooms/kitchen. Fully stocked Kitchen with stone counter tops, large capacity washer and dryer, solid flatware.
Free WiFi, 75" ROKU wall mounted TV in great room, each bedroom with flat screen TV. Our split bedroom floor plan is the best design and most spacious of all 2 bedroom villas on the island! (See floor plan photo). We personally manage our villa so if you want the comforts of home, you've found them here. We want you to enjoy it as much as we do. Give us a call with your questions.
2 BEDROOMS/2 BATHS: Our spacious and cozy upper level 'treehouse' villa is surrounded by lagoons and ancient Live Oaks and is one of few that offers a Beautyrest KING bed and beautiful walk-in shower in master suite. Two Beautyrest double beds in guest bedroom. Split bedroom design. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, private deck and overlooks our pool and gardens. And unlike lower units, we have a 200sf covered deck which provides sunset views and room for family and friends to gather. (Located away from mosquitoes at the lagoons).
COMFORT: BLACK-OUT DRAPERIES. NO GUEST NOISE ABOVE and BEDROOMS ARE NOT ABOVE GARAGES/CARPORTS as are many BEACH FRONT condos at Wild Dunes. Tub/shower, wall hair dryers and the water closet is separated from vanity/lavatory areas in each bathroom. Master bath has a walk-in shower. Cotton linens and fluffy white towels provided. Each bedroom has large closets and a balcony overlooking pool. Just bring your beach towels!
CENTRAL LOCATION: Closest condo complex to the beach not on the beach. Walk 500 yards down a quiet lane and boardwalk to our excellent beach or throw in a line from our fishing dock on one of our lagoons. Walk to golf (2 courses), restaurants, bike shop. Enjoy nature trails and bike paths. Go marsh or ocean kayaking, deep sea fishing or take an eco tour from the nearby Isle of Palms Marina. And Historic Charleston is a short drive away.
There is a private pool in our complex for the exclusive use of Lagoon Villas. Our guests have access to golf, bike rentals, spa services, children’s playground, lunch and evenings at the Pavilion - all walking distance. We do not have access to the fitness, tennis or the Wild Dunes community pool.
PETS: We welcome your pet children for MONTHLY stays only - Wild Dunes Community Association policy. Pets are allowed inside the gates for 30 day+ stays ONLY, so be aware of 'pet friendly' properties which do not provide this information. You could be fined or worse, turned away at the gates!
We provide starter set of paper towels, toilet tissue, soaps, coffee filters, games, books, cards and DVDs. Bring your preferred coffee!
