Summary: we got to the residence the trees with overgrown the back door would not lock. I had to call the host to let her know the back door was not locking. She sent someone over to fix it he did come right away but it took almost 2 hours to fix it which put us to leaving to eat get dinner later than plan.The house was not clean. Bathroom floors was not clean. Kitchen floor not clean. All kind of the stains on the sofa. We did not feel comfortable being in the beds, food was still in the freezer. It was not a very good stay
