Summary: What stood out was Denis, who checked us in on our first night. He gave us such a warm, friendly welcome that it made us feel truly appreciated—something we especially needed after a long day of travel on that cold, rainy night. Having stayed here nearly a decade ago, his kindness made it feel as though we were returning home.
