Our kitchen is fully equipped and has all the necessary items needed to prepare any type of meal for you and the group. Linens/towels/soaps/shampoos/ECT provided. Parking is free street parking, which is unmetered/untimed on most streets surrounding the property.
We are located in an up-and-coming neighborhood called Point Breeze, which as a ton of local flare and is close to everything the city has to offer. Very close walk to Graduate Hospital and University City neighborhoods. We are also just a short ride to all tourist attractions (Independence Hall/Liberty Bell), festivities, great restaurants, shopping, and whatever else you may need. If you'd prefer not to walk, the bus stop or a taxi/uber is literally just outside your front door.

*** Roofdeck: We do not allow people on the roofdeck after 9pm due to potential for neighbor disturbances. This is monitored closely and will be enforced. If we receive a neighbor complaint due to people on the roofdeck after this time, regulations require us to evict you without refund.

***Please note: There is some construction work happening near the property. You may notice some noise during daytime hours.
