Our peaceful home is conveniently located near downtown and right next to HWY 101. Nestled in a friendly neighborhood near restaurants, wineries, coffee shops, shopping centers and much more. DT Paso is located less than one mile away, which is an easy 15 minute walk or 3 mins by car. A new brewery just opened less than a block away from the home, making it a super convenient walk! Whether you're traveling as a family, with friends, or solo, you’ll be right at home in our Paso Gem!
The Space:
Our two bedroom 2 bathroom home sleeps 6 comfortably. In addition to our carefully curated bedrooms, we also provide a comfortable air mattress for additional guests. The spacious living room features a smart TV with complimentary Netflix and the fully stocked kitchen is ready for you to whip up your favorite meal! Looking for a spot to get some work done? Look no further! This home also features a bonus room that can be used as an office, a play room for kids, or just another space to lounge! The bonus room is equipped with an HP monitor, adaptor (VGA to Mini display port), office supplies, bean bags, guitar (with pick) and cork board.

You have access to the whole house on left. There is another small unit on the same lot (right), but there are no shared amenities between the two units.
The Neighborhood:
Friendly neighborhood.
There is an auto repair shop located across the street, however there is designated parking for that business so there is always available parking on the streets. Owners are very friendly and easily help if you have any questions with the area.
Getting Around:
Since our neighborhood is near downtown, access to transportation is easy. Uber/Lyft is always an option. All major restaurants, bars, downtown are only a 10-12min walk away. Street parking is almost always available during any time of the day. Downtown Paso parking is now following a pay for parking system so be aware if you decide to take your car downtown.

We provide essential toiletries such as: towels, hand soap, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, Q-tips, makeup remover.
We also provide kitchen essentials: paper towels, dishwasher soap, pots/pans, cooking utensils, toaster, dinnerware, glassware, silverware, tupperware, oil, spices, coffee, salt & pepper, cooking spray & trash can liners. Please note: we do not have a washer or dryer available for us.
✨ENTRY:
There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.
✨PARKING:
There is a private driveway for up to 2 cars to park. Additional parking available in front of the house.
✨THE DRIVE:
Super simple, flat and safe road to get to the house!
✨INTERNET:
The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space.
You can access your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TV
✨OUTDOOR SPACE:
Patio furniture and lawn games available for you to enjoy!
✨BEDROOMS:
There are 2 bedrooms, one features a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. An additional queen sized air mattress with bedding is available for guest use.
✨KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dual coffee maker, and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils/Spices/Oil
✨SECURITY:
Two security cameras are located at the front of the house for your security. There are NO cameras inside the property.
✨PET FRIENDLY:
This property is pet-friendly, but you must add the pet to your reservation. There is an additional, non-refundable charge of $75 per pet. This helps to ensure we can properly clean the home for future guests who may have allergies. Please disclose if you will be bringing your furry friends with you. Once you book I will request the additional pet fee from you. If I discover that there is an undisclosed pet in the home, you will be charged an additional fee. Pets must sleep on their own beds or in a kennel (not on couches or beds please). Please bring your own supplies for your pet.
