Summary: Here is what we experienced: - The kitchen was bare bones and absolutely needs much more in the way of dishes etc. Once we were there we were madly texting those who were behind us to bring cooking pans etc from home. - The basement had not been cleaned. The bedding was stained and had hair in the sheets. As a result we had two people sleep on the couches. - We had to wash dish towels and bath towels that were put away dirty. - The balcony sliding door was broken and pieces of glass around the molding were falling on the floor. As well one of the windows is boarded up. - With respect to the cost per night we would have expected so much more. We would have expected high quality bedding, fully stocked kitchen, much cleaner, hot tub ready to go (it was not full and the hose was cut in half from the lawn mower so Mandeep had to go buy a hose and come out to fill it up so there was no hot tub the first night), sun room and bbq both had to be cleaned. - Most of the windows do not open and close properly. One night we had to close a window from the outside. We appreciate Mandeep was responsive and was receptive to all of the above comments. We had then requested some sort of refund considering all of the above. We were offered a 10% discount though we don't intend on returning. So asked again perhaps a 10% refund. This was not accepted as apparently the cut to the owner from VRBO is only 50% of what we paid. Oh and it was mentioned he had to pay $200 for a hose!!!
