The two guest bedrooms have Queen beds, one has adjacent additional sleeping area with a twin over full bunk bed. Sunroom/ breakfast nook for morning coffee and bird watching or follow the sun to any one of 3 decks or fenced grilling and outdoor dining/garden area. Above the house is a private meditation patio to get away from it all, relax and enjoy the 180' degree views. Also, a great spot for stargazing with friends and a glass of wine. Home theater den/office with a brand new 65" 8k TV, and JBL surround sound system, desk, wifi, printer/copier/scanner. All set in Spanish ambiance of custom carved wood pillars, antique doors, oak flooring, colorful tile and 3 fireplaces.
Our eco-solar powered home was originally built by a local chef and the "cook's kitchen" is fully equipped to prepare gourmet meals to enjoy in the elegant dining room that seats 8 with a commercial stovetop and oven and reverse osmosis system built into the kitchen sink. Also, we provide a 50AMP plug for those with EVs next to the carport. Please bring your own charger with with a NEMA plug cable.
