Centrally located in beautiful downtown Kingsville this century old bungalow has been newly renovated for our guests' comfort.
Just 2 blocks from the downtown center you are just steps from the many restaurants, brew pubs and shops Kingsville offers. Lakeside Park is a short 15 minute walk where you can enjoy beautiful views of Lake Erie as well as many of the numerous festivals and events offered throughout the year.
The house has 3 bedrooms and one bathroom all tastefully decorated. The primary and secondary bedroom both feature a queen size bed while the 3rd bedroom has a twin day bed.
Outside our large backyard is waiting for you to unwind, BBQ and enjoy the gardens. Your furry friends will be safe in the fully fenced yard with lots of room to run around.

Summary: Property was very clean, well stocked, , a nd as decribed . Only one suggestion for, the bathroom, really could use some grab bars, it is hard for a senior to navigate, in and out of the tub, we left eary due to health issues, and the beaches posted as not safe for swimming.
