Just listed this beautiful penthouse located in the Saltair complex at 2475 Mt. Baker in the beautiful Sidney seaside community. This unit is 1470 square feet with one 500 square foot wrap-around balcony with views of the ocean and the other off the master suite. You are only steps to grocery, restaurants, high-quality shopping, and services. There are two bedrooms, the master has a king bed and the other has a queen Murphy bed. This unit offers two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a walk-in shower. The living room has comfortable seating for five, a nice eating area, and also bar stools to chat and keep the cook company! There is a also separate dining room with seating for 6 and a den for anyone needing a great space to work from home. A parking spot is included in the parking compound at the unit.
