A beautiful new build with all amenities and panoramic views.The living space features a cathedral window with a beautiful view out onto West lake ( rain or shine) and a long deck. All the creature comforts are found here featuring a two way gas fireplace, radiant floor heating and A/C in the summertime. It is close to Sandbanks Provincial Park and we include Provincial Park pass with your stay. This unique property is always a beautiful spot to spend time in. When guests arrive they don't want to leave.

The house is a new build split level and the owners occupy the lower level on weekends-It is private and very separate from the upper level as seen in the photos. Guests are welcome also to use the backyard space on the lower level. This reservation has a Super Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 14 day prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 14 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 7 to 13 days before check-in. Summary: We had a lovely stay at this house. It’s very well located and has a beautiful, spacious terrace. The place is cozy, warm, and well-equipped. Communication with the owner was easy and smooth, which made the whole experience even more pleasant.Guests should be aware that the property runs on a well. There’s also a tenant living in the downstairs unit with a dog that barked sporadically, which made us uncomfortable as we have a child with special needs that can be loud and disorganized and who became quickly upset by the barking. Lastly, the cleanliness of the kitchen utensils and cookware could have been better but the rest of house was clean otherwise. Overall, we enjoyed our time and recommend this place.
