Only 2 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale and 15 minutes from PHX Sky Harbor airport, this property is situated in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood at the base of Camelback Mountain where Scottsdale meets Paradise Valley.
You will be welcomed by a beautifully landscaped courtyard as you enter this estate, then venture into the main house where you will find 4 spacious bedrooms with spa-like bathrooms, walk-in closets, and smart TVs. The main living area is incorporated with the eat-in kitchen and breakfast area; the secondary living area is a game room with a multi-game arcade machine, wet bar, sumptuous sofa and large-screen TV. There is also a separate bar and lounge area, exercise room, executive office and a formal dining area that seats 10. In the backyard there is a beautiful glass-walled casita with King bed, sofa (converts to Queen bed), kitchenette and en-suite bathroom to round out all of Casa Consola's sleeping areas.
The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and every small appliance and gadget needed to prepare any sized meal. A large selection of table settings assures you will have everything needed for casual to formal dining among the home's multiple dining tables, two indoor and multiple dining tables out.

A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEATING: We generally recommend that the pool be heated to the mid-80's between October 1st and June 10th in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. Pool heating is available for $75/day with a 3-consecutive day minimum so definitely let us know before your arrival if you want to enjoy swimming during your visit without a wetsuit! (Hint: an unheated pool stays just above the low temps of the night.)
Please note that per Paradise Valley Town Code you must not use this property for any of the uses identified in Section 10-14-4. Any renter who causes, permits, facilitates, aides, or abets any violation thereof shall be subject to a civil infraction carrying a mandatory minimum penalty of $500.00 in addition to any other penalties which the Town may impose. Additionally, the use of this short-term rental to house sex offenders is prohibited. The owner of this short-term rental is required to perform a background check on guests prior to your stay.
