Welcome to Vibe Time Villa! Our tastefully Disney-themed home in Solterra Resort sleeps *up to 14* adults & children (see description). Private sparkling pool & hot tub, game room, home theater. We're locally managed, and central to all major attractions, Disney, Universal, Lego, Sea World, and a short drive to groceries, restaurants, retail. Easy access to resort amenities including water park, lazy river.

OUR ACCOMMODATIONS

• Our "Mickey Loves Minnie" room sleeps 1-4 children, and they will positively LOVE climbing into the custom-built bunk beds. (Important: upper bunks are for kiddos only!)
• 2 young buccaneers will have a blast sleeping in their very own pirate ship in the "Pirates of the Caribbean" bedroom. (Important: No grown-up pirates allowed on the upper deck!)
• The first-floor "Cinderella" master sleeps 2 adults in a king bed, and features an en suite full bath, walk-in closet, and private access to the lanai. Pamper yourself with no stairs!
• The second-floor "Beauty & the Beast" master sleeps 2 adults with a king bed, en suite full bath, and walk-in closet. Bonus: it's the quietest room in the house!
• Our "Disco Star Wars" room sleeps 2 adults, and features a queen-size bed that's lit from beneath with adjustable LEDs.
• Two twin beds in the "Hogwarts" room sleeps 2 kids, teens, single adults, or any combination thereof.

AMENITIES

Not sleepy? Enjoy the Florida sun from our private pool, or soak it up in the attached hot tub. Hot tub heating is available in the morning and evening at no additional charge, but the pool can also be heated for an extra fee ($40 for each day of your booking, paid prior to you arrival). The screened-in lanai/pool-area has plenty of outdoor seating, a picnic table, and a gas grill (no extra charge to use).

Grab some popcorn and stream your favorite Disney movies & shows in our home theater. Or check out the game room in the garage, featuring billiards, air hockey, and classic Nintendo on a large-screen TV.

Stretch out even more at the Solterra Resort waterpark, which features a big swimming pool, spa, water slide, lazy river (our favorite), clubhouse, gym, tennis courts, cafe, and more. As our guests, you and your group can easily access the resort amenities for the duration of your stay. Unless the weather is particularly brutal, we recommend walking 8 minutes from our home to the waterpark. Please note: if you plan to use the resort amenities, Solterra charges a one-time resort fee of $35 for groups of 12 or less, and $45 for groups of 13 or more.

WE ARE DOG FRIENDLY (DOGS ONLY PLEASE!)

Don’t leave those puppers behind! The house is roomy, the deck/pool area is closed in, and the neighborhood is big for walkies. Just bring your own food/water bowls and dog bedding, and those poochers can enjoy your Orlando vacation with you! Please disclose that you’re bringing your pup(s) at the time of booking. Fee of $100 non-refundable fee per dog must be paid prior to arrival.

ABOUT THE RESORT

Solterra is a gated resort community of vacation homes, includes many family-fun amenities described above, and is a short drive to groceries, restaurants, retail, and major attractions. Upon arrival, the person who booked will need to show their government-issued ID and proof of booking at the gate. Per Solterra, the person who booked must be at least 25 yrs old, and will have to be present at registration/check-in, and for the duration of the booking. The resort rules specify that only registered guest vehicles (limit 5) may enter and park within the Solterra community. Parking passes are issued at the time of registration, either by the front desk or the security gate. Our driveway is big enough for two vehicles, with additional street parking available. Street parking is first-come-first-serve, and permitted only where marked in white.

HOUSE RULES
Please respect your hosts, our future guests, and our community by following our important rules.

• 14 guests MAXIMUM including children.
• No illegal substances.
• No unregistered guests.
• No smoking. If smoking outside, don't litter the ground with butts.
• Do not throw loose trash into the outside or inside garbage bins.
• Flush only toilet paper!
• Do not leave doors/windows open with heat/AC running.
• No eating or drinking in bedrooms.
• No adults on top bunks (Mickey bedroom) or pirate loft (Pirate bedroom).
• Clean up your messes and spills in a timely manner.
• Keep noise levels reasonable.
• Don't rearrange furniture.
• Don't sign out of Disney+
• Don't use charcoal in the propane grill.
• Turn things off when not in use.

POOL & SPA RULES

• No eating or drinking in the pool or spa!
• No dogs in the pool or spa!
• No glass containers in or around the pool/spa deck!
• Please limit the time you use the spa jets! While spa jets are running, the filtration system is turned off. Running the spa jets too much will cause the water in both the spa and the pool to become cloudy.

DOGGY RULES
As the owner, you are responsible for preventing property damage and/or harm to others as a result of your pup’s behavior! Please respect us (the hosts), our future guests, and our community by strictly following our doggy rules!

• Two (2) dogs MAX, no exceptions
• Must be reasonably well-behaved, and not pose a threat to other people within the community
• Must be house-trained
• Not allowed on the beds or furniture
• Do not use the linens/blankets/comforters as a doggie bed
• Cannot be left unattended
• Cannot be in the pool
• Pick up after your pupper in a timely manner (accidents on the floor or deck, excessive hair, etc)
• Must be leashed when walking through the neighborhood, and please pick up their POOP!
• Speaking of poop… do not throw poop bags into the outside garbage bin (see rules pertaining to garbage collection)
• Pets of any kind are not allowed in the resort areas (waterpark, clubhouse, gym, etc)
