A first floor master bedroom with queen bed also opens onto the patio. Its separate master bath has dual sinks, quartz countertops, walk-in shower and jetted tub.

Basement area features a movie theater, full wet bar with TV that can be used for gaming, full bath and air hockey table. Terraced theater seating with large sectional couch, ottoman and three reclining chairs; there are three additional seats by the bar. HD projector, 100” screen, custom cherry cabinetry, surround sound speakers, HD TV, 4K upscaling Blue-ray, Apple TV and Roku. Controller dims lights when video starts and gently brings them up when video stops. Air hockey table in a separate area.
