Summary: Very clean and well maintained. Only issue was the one family member has mobility issues, so you may consider adding some more equipment to accommodate such as a safety bar in the bathrooms and maybe a ramp of some sort for people with these issues to get in and out more easily Hot tub was great and in good repair
