A short walk to King St, Colonial Lake, Broad St, and the Battery, and surrounded by some of the city’s best restaurants and coffee shops. Sit on the front porch and wave to the carriage tours! Take an afternoon stroll South of Broad and marvel at the iconic Charleston architecture! Exercise around beautiful Colonial Lake and the tennis/pickleball courts. This location could not be better: walking distance to the top attractions but settled in a quiet residential area.

This flows to a formal living room with french doors to the front porch. The home has a cute little front yard with a small garden. Guests are welcome to pick herbs for their meals.
