You are 10 mins from the Bills stadium, 5 minutes from Knox Park and it’s annual Borderland music Festival, only 40 mins from Niagara Falls, easy excursions await into Letchworth or Allegheny parks and Ellicottville, full of activities in summer and one of the most sought after ski resorts in Western NY in winter.
We are located in the mansion district, where you can experience country living amidst split rail fences, pastures, bridges over bubbling creeks and sloping hills, dangle your feet in the fresh creek water, enjoy the sounds and views of the slate framed scenes on Caszenovia creek on your own private beach. You can get into a canoe at the back of the property, relax on a path meandering down through virgin forests, away from all the noise, surrounded by tranquility and singing birds.
