Come relax and enjoy all that Honeoye Lake and the surrounding Finger Lakes have to offer at this newly remodeled 900 sq. ft. cottage. The house features two bedrooms, a large living room with plenty of natural light, and an enclosed porch. The house is located just steps from the lake and you have access to a dock and 2,000 pound limit boat hoist.
There is a community park a short walk away that has a beach, playground, swings, small basketball court, and plenty of open land.

Summary: Outside of home needs renovating and it looks like there was a water leak in parts of kitchen ceiling. Inside was clean and comfortable and had been updated. Great location!
